I liked all of this hotel. In particular, the courtesy and discretion of all the employees (at reception, restaurants, etc), very kind and polite ladies + very helpful and efficient men All hotel employees wear mask, and this is highly respectful. I liked a lot the lobby and the general decor of the hotel, also in each floor, where I like the old lamps in the corridor : the furniture a little old style in my opinion give to all a very relaxing atmosphere and nice ambient. Good breakfast, without any useless exaggeration, but there is all that you need to start well your busy day. Breakfast price absolutely ok and very honest for what you get. Very efficient waitresses, always ready to help and clean tables. Perfect room, comfortable bathroom, impeccable cleaning, good views of the bustling Sathorn from the windows. Wifi always ok and fast during my stay. I had as well dinner twice in the Cafe Laurel during my 3 nights stay and I was very satisfied both times: in particular, the noodle soup with braised pork was cooked and presented perfectly, in a lovely pot and had a very tasty flavour. Hotel used daily by Eva Air crew (the main Taiwanese airline) and maybe some other different crew from time to time. When I'll return to Bangkok I think I can choose this hotel again. Thank you.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in in a long time. Coming off of the backs of one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had in my life that cost the same amount per week in Mumbai, this hotel was a breath of fresh air. Immediately from the moment my taxi arrived I was greeted by a bellhop who took my bags. The place was luxurious and clean. My room smelled fresh and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a nice cool marble with gold trim, the air conditioner worked perfectly, the wifi was consistently usable, and room service was professional and the food was delicious. I was worried the hotel would not look like the pictures or would be in some form of deterioration from when the pictures were taken; this was not the case. In fact, the hotel itself may indeed look better than the pictures in person. The view from my room was amazing and the room was designed so sitting down at the desk to eat or work will have you greeted by a panoramic skyline view. The maids were on top of their duties and came to clean daily but also respected the do not disturb signs. So rarely a hotel nails all of the essentials of what makes a stay feel like a luxury. I will not be forgetting this place, and I will definitely be back.

Nice 5 star hotel with very economic prices in low season located near Lumphini Park and business district; linked to Eva Air. Check in no problem (arranged late check out for good rate), room card key system, 9th floor room large, comfortable bed, quiet, bay windows, big catering hot water jug, good room service menu, tv has enough channels, great desk for working on, good air con then separate shower and bath. Can eat in at the Laurel Cafe downstairs 1st/ground floor all day good value menu, which also serves a very good breakfast inc. custom egg dishes, muesli, very good coffee, lots of fruit and baked items. Also, Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor that does dim sum lunchtime and a la carte in the evening. Lounge bar on ground floor too, with a long happy hour 2 for 1, makes for economic drink prices. Location is good, in the business district, near Lumphini Park, then nearby is the pleasant tree lined Convent Road which includes Bangkok Hospital and St. Joseph’s Convent/School with many eateries and cafe/bars. If you turn right at the end into Silom Road there is a large and good shopping centre which includes a good English and other foreign language bookshop.

So before I start, I will tell you that this was 5th hotel on my journey this vacation from philipines, thailand, cambodia, vietnam, and amman jordan. So I will be honest as I can!!!! It is what you expect out if a 5 🌟 if they are not they should be!!!! Staff was exceptional from helping me out of my Grab car ride. Very welcoming! I needed laundry with a quick turnaround...was able to get express service at 4.14 pm and back in my room by 6pm...can you say amazing! Stayed in a two room suite on the 15th floor and the furnishings and room layout exceeded my expectations. The bed and pillows were absolutely 💯 I'm Not used to having a full bath and a half bath in the same suite...well thought out especially when you have guest. Although I didn't eat at the restaurant, it was a nice layout. Very hot water in the shower- separate tub-separate wc And my favorite...large towels that wrap around a.big guy like me...lol Sorry I didn't take side photos but their stock photos are on point!

I have been to Bangkok many times and this is my best hotel by far. The four-star hotel is great value as I paid 336 Euros for eight nights in a double room without breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the facilities and amenities that one can need. The lights and mirrors in the room were specially good. Location is very convenient as Evergreen Laurel Hotel is only 5 minutes on foot from the Skytrain station called Chong Nonsi. The staff members are professional and friendly. The swimming-pool is a pleasure in such hot weather. The hotel offered me a taxi to Don Mueng Airport at the same price that I used to pay before COVID.
